You have a motor disability

At the reception of the castle you will find :

- A suitable reception desk
- A visit document including a plan of the castle detailing the number of steps of each space in.
- A lift platform giving access to accessible toilets
- Canes seats available
In the castle you will find :
- Guided tour of the castle, accessible to people with reduced mobility (the tour does not include the ramparts or towers).
- Bench and seating are available throughout the tour, both inside and out.
- On the ground floor of one of the towers, a room accessible to people with reduced mobility offers all the videos shown during the tour.
- Virtual models of the castle from different periods.
- Seats are available.
You are visually impaired

At the reception of the castle you will find :
- Personnel aware and/or trained in the reception and guidance of people with visual disabilities
- Free audio guides
- Braille book guides, with large print and relief drawings and contrasting colours
- A personalized accompaniment by the « Souffleurs d’images » during the shows at the castle
In the castle you will find :
- A tactile stone model of the castle in the first entrance courtyard
- A tactile model with Braille legend of an artillery tower on the ground floor of the Raoul tower
You are mentally/psychologically disabled

People with disabilities and their companions benefit from reduced entry at the rate of €5.
Access to the Castle and « La Coursive »
The Castle and « La Coursive » are located next to each other.
The ticket office for both sites is at the entrance of the Coursive : place Raoul II (Google Map).
Places reserved for people with reduced mobility: 
The parking of the Castle has 3 places PMR and the Poterne car park has 1.
Another PRM place is located at the foot of « La Coursive », on boulevard Jacques-Faucheux.
Warning: the parking of « la Poterne » is located below which requires to climb a rather strong difference in altitude and limits the autonomy for people moving in wheelchairs.
We recommend you to use the parking of « le château », located on the same floor.
